Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

SECOND-HAND low-powered tractor units with small cabs are enjoying a seasonal increase in popularity among customers in East Anglia.

"They're very popular among fanners hauling sugar beet," says Allan Hilton, used truck salesman at Kings Lynn, Norfolk dealership Ford & Slater Daf.

"Something like a Daf CF85 6x2 with 380hp on tap can get down narrow lanes and in and out of fields and farmyards far more easily than something more powerful with a big sleeper cab," he points out.

"Drivers on beet work don't need a big sleeper because they don't have nights away," While stressing that any tractor deployed on this activity must have a PTO and a mid-lift axle,he adds that it doesn't have to be a late-registered low-mileage model:"R-plated units dating back to 1998 are perfectly acceptable."
