Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• The owner of collapsed courier Silverlink Transport looks set to trade again after a stormy creditors meeting last week agreed it would be the best method of recovering the thousands of pounds owed.

But Silverlink's biggest employer and creditor National courier Network says it will not allow the company's director Jack Socker to work again for the organisation.

NCN runs the hub-and-spoke part of its franchise operation and is owed £140,000 of the total Silverlink debt of £400,000.

Newbury-based Silverlink Transport Ltd, which traded as Silverlink Couriers, went into liquidation last week. Sacker had sold the goodwill to another company Logistics Ltd and has since made an application to trade again under the name Silverlink Couriers. Socker declines to comment.
