GERALD Scott, for man3 years director in charge 0: Clarke Equipment's trailei division, has formed his owt company — B. D. Al Trucl Equipment Ltd — to produci modular truck body kits.
The new company, situate( in Wrexham, has the backini of the Welsh Developmen Agency to the tune of £90,001 'and a new factory on thi Wrexham Industrial Estate.
It plans a range of body kit from 2.59m (8ft 6in) to 12.2n (40ft) long and 1.98m (6ft. 6in to 3.04m (10ft) high, designei to accommodate Continents pallets as standard.
The kits will be constructel of lightweight aluminium an glass fibre reinforced plywooc They will be supplied t bodybuilders for assembly o commercial vehicle chassis.
