ON the petition of the Regent Oil Co., Ltd.. orders for the windingup of E. E. Bamford '(Louth). Ltd., and E. E. Bamford (Liverpool). Ltd.. were made by Mr. Justice Vaisey in the Chancery Division on Tuesday.

Eric Earls Bamford, 26, former managing director of E. E. Bamford (Contractors). Ltd.. was arrested on Tuesday. The nature of the charge had not been disclosed when The Commercial Minor went to press on Wednesday.
