Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

SHEFFIELD-BASED DBL Logistics is on track for a record £3.5m turnover in the next financial year after investing £1.8m in a 33,500ft2site in Tinsley, South Yorkshire.

The United Pallet Network (UPN) member told CM the business has boosted turnover by 38% in the past five years and expects to reach between £5.5m and £6m by 2018. Turnover for the financial year ended 31 August stood at £2.88m, with pre-tax profit at £205,000. MD David Clarkson said the company had to work hard to get £1.8m funding to build its

flagship facility and had to shop around before securing a deal with HSBC Lincoln.

"We put together, with our accountant, a fantastic business plan for the site. We went to Natwest [which we have banked with for 33 years], and it offered us 65%.

"The accountant ended up punting it around everyone he knew, and HSBC Lincoln — we didn't even keep it in Yorkshire, never mind Sheffield — came in and agreed. We've had to move all our accounts since signing with HSBC, but it's been great."

Clarkson said the new facility, now in operation, is capable of holding up to 6,000 pallets, with 25% of the space already used by customers such as Protec International and Robinsons Healthcare.

DBL Logistics covers the S postcode for UPN, inputting about 250 pallets a day into the network's hub and collecting about 100 for delivery by its 13-truck, 13-trailer fleet.
