AN INQUIRY on 20 November will look at disciplinary action against Cohn Murray Development in Fochabers.
ON 20 NOVEMBER the TC will look at disciplinary action against Dingwall-based Mackenzie Haulage. Edinburgh
MV COMMERCIAL, in Livingston, will make a variation application on 29 November. Disciplinary action will also be on the agenda. Leeds
BATLEY-BASED Harmony Beds and Mattresses will submit an application on 18 November. The TC will consider an objection/ representation received against the application, as well as attaching conditions.
DISCIPLINARY ACTION against Makedy Transport in Doncaster will be discussed on 18 November. The repute of the transport manager will also be on the agenda.
EUROVISION LOGISTICS in Hull will make a variation application on 21 November. The TC will consider conditions and disciplinary action. ON 27 NOVEMBER,
Holystone, based in BlaydonOn-Tyne, will attend a PI where disciplinary action and the transport manager's repute will be discussed.
