CR BURWELL has been granted permission to base four vehicles and five trailers at Hope Villa in Sutterton, Boston, subject to conditions: • no vehicle maintenance shall take place on authorised vehicles at the operating centre before 3am and after 7pm Monday to Friday or on Saturday, Sunday or public holidays; • there will be no loading or unloading of authorised vehicles at the operating centre before 730am and after 730pm Monday to Friday and before 10am and after 2pm on Saturday or on Sunday or public holidays;
• there will be no operation or movement of authorised vehicles at the centre before 3am and after 7pm Monday to Friday or on Saturday, Sunday or public holidays. There are no exceptions to this condition for any licence-related vehicle movements. A record of any non-licence-related movements must be kept for five years and made available to the traffic commissioner on request. MAXCOLD has been given the go-ahead to locate four vehicles and six trailers at the MRS Protherm site in Norfolk Lane, Cleethorpes, subject to the following condition:
• evidence of appropriate financial standing in the form of acceptable documents — such as bank statements, overdraft facilities in the company name — for a 28-day period shall be provided to the traffic area office four months from the grant of the licence. TURNERS (SOHAM) has been granted authorisation for: • two vehicles and two trailers at an operating centre in Needlefield Yard, Inverness;
• 20 vehicles and 20 trailers at the Midthorn Yard, Laurieston Road, Grangemouth. B&R HAULAGE has applied for permission to base two vehicles and three trailers at the Solstice Nurseries site in
South Deeside Road, Aberdeen. CRANAGE HAULAGE is looking to have two vehicles and two trailers at the J&SC Brough site in Adwick-Le
