CONNECT PLUS SERVICES a joint venture between Balfour Beatty, Atkins and Egis Road Operation UK that manages the M25 and its key arterial link roads has launched an anti-litter campaign. The scheme has the support of South East traffic commissioner Nick Denton, who has agreed to take action against transport companies that litter.
