Welcome to Laurie Dealer's used truck of the week. Each week our man inside the used truck trade picks out a truck or trailer from CM's online classified list. This week it's a Daf XF105
This week we bring you a 2012-registered Daf XF105 with a Super Space Cab.
No shrinking violet, this one: it's a fully specced show truck, with metallic paint, air horns, and a flat-screen TV and fridge in the cab.
The technical specification centres on the Euro-5 12.9-litre 510hp delivering 2,500Nm, with transmission from the 12-speed automated ZF, fitted with the MX engine brake. It's clocked 254,000kms and has a full MoT and manufacturer's warranty until August 2014 and a Daf service history. In the wider market, the XF105 has supplanted the CF85 as the fleet truck of choice and subsequently we are seeing more of these on the open market. So something with the Super Space Cab and 510hp will definitely stand out from the crowd, even
without the paintwork.
