• Seddon Atkinson's managing director Miguel Vargas has been replaced by former sales and marketing chief Robert Sculfor. Roger Dougherty, who headed the international arm of Seddon's Spanish parent Enasa, has also left. Iveco, Enasa's owner, will look after Enasa's foreign sales.
