Brian Williams is the new chairman of Lowfield Distribution, Tibbett & Britten Group's grocery distribution division. He replaces John Toyne, who has resigned his TBG executive responsibilities. Williams also joins the board of Tibbett & Britten. He was previously managing Tibbett & Britten Group's DSL division, which carries out dedicated distribution and warehousing for Marks & Spencer. He has 30 years' distribution experience, joining TBG from SPD in 1978 and moving to DSL five years ago. Keith Charlton succeeds Williams at DSL. Brian Williams.
