Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• Nexday Express, the parcels carrier recently acquired by the Speedwell Group, is launching a three-day UK parcels service and is recruiting franchisees.

Nexday hopes to add five franchisees to its current 35 by February. An international service will be launched after Christmas.

"Since we acquired Nexday in August, it has gone from strength to strength," says Lance Anderson, Speedwell Group managing director.

Anderson says Nexday is creating 11 regional hubs, based at franchisees' depots.

A fleet of 23 trucks, all Renaults, is being assigned to the hubs to enable palletised loads to be carried.

However, Nexday's present head office at Thatcham closes soon with the loss of 15 administrative jobs. The remaining six staff move to Speedwell's head office in Sandbach, Cheshire. This follows the closure of Nexday's Northampton hub with the loss of 15 jobs.
