• US-made 'Ladd& hydraulic underlifts for new or existing vehicles have been added to Peter & David Cosby's Vulcan range of recovery equipment. The two to 25 tonne lifts have an unusual lift and tilt system that helps to get beneath low spoilers on trucks or coaches.
