INTERNATIONAL operator being invited to bid for tional 1982 EEC per pending next month's Tram Council meeting at which a crease will be considered b ten Transport Ministers.

The Department of Tran has agreed to offer pos extra permits to those oper which are prepared to surrs French and/or West Ge: general quota permits from bilateral allocation, and tional EEC permits will g those operators offering largest number of bilat permits.
