Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

My principal reason for contacting BL's Aberdeen outlets was to trace the owner of a new Bison-based tipper which I spotted 60 miles from Dover last Tuesday evening. The telephone number on the side door of the • tipper was for an Inverurie company and it struck me as a little strange that a "P" registered tipper should be operating so far from home. Once again I was frustrated in my attempts to contact the owner; whose phone was either engaged or alternatively he was being protected by that infuriating record which tells London telephone subscribers that all lines from London are engaged.

The outcome of my detective work illustrated that the Aberdonians are still very thrifty despite their new-found North Sea oil wealth. According to one of the Aberdeen vehicle distributors, the operator had been able to buy the vehicle €600 cheaper in the South of England than he could have managed on his own doorstep. It pays to shop around.
