Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

Visitors to the Scottish Show should have developed good leg muscles over the past week. The main show in Kelvin Hall is lacking in only one thing. Some manufacturers could not get into the hall. A ballot decided bow stand space should be allocated and the unlucky makers were left to use Yorkliill Quay. Visitors will know that this is .15 minutes' walk from Kelvin Hall and that the exhibits there are housed in the draughty dock sheds. Lying alongside the Clyde, the Quay seems to be even colder than Glasgow's streets, themselves rarely better than chilly in mid-November.

One Frenchman I spoke to could not believe it : only in Scotland, he said, would a motor show be held in such conditions.

However, one good point about the quay is that there is plenty of room for demonstration vehicles — and a mighty big fleet was assembled..
