Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

'THREE modified Leyland National buses with a new look In front passenger loading have been delivered to British Airways for use at Heathrow Airport.

The Nationals, remodelled by Wadharn Stringer Sparshatt Ltd, can carry 80 passengers, 30 of them seated. They are expected to be faster and more manoeuvrable than the articulated vehicles they replace.

Ease of loading and off-loading have been prime considerations in the design and an interior high-capacity heating and ventilation system ensures a comfortable environment.

A new sub-frame was built to support the front loading ramp and riveted to the main structure. The front sideentrance from the basic bus was then rotated through 90 degrees.

An extra door has been provided at the side of the canopied ramp area for access to the driving compartment. The main front suspension member remains intact as does all the understruature to the rear of the bus.

A smooth, non-skid floor, bright interior lighting, loadsensitive braking and a twoway radio are all fitted to ensure passenger safety.
