Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• The system of pre-paid toll tickets at the Dartford River Crossing is to be withdrawn from 31 May 1992. From then on users will have to pay either by cash or the new "Dart-Tag" system.

As a haulier operating in excess of 40 trucks with up to 75% of our daily work load using the Dartford Crossing, paying by cash would not be practical.

By being virtually forced into using the "Dart-Tag" system we lose the 10% discount currently given on buying the books of prepaid toll tickets. This will cost us approximately Z2,280 extra per year, in addition to the 100% increase just brought in on the Severn Bridge which we also use regularly.

This new system is once again going to hit the haulier very hard.
