Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• Hoyer, one of the largest trailer and demountable tanker operators in Europe, has purchased the first nine LAG PetroLAG tankers made for the UK to distribute petrol, diesel and heating oil in the North. LAG's Belgian built PetroLAG triaxle aluminium petrol tanker semi-trailer has a 38,000-litre capacity plus a further 5% for ullage.

With a design GVW of 40 tonnes it weighs just 5.78 tonnes unladen complete with pump and all other ancillaries. The PetroLAG has a low centre of gravity to maximize stability although it uses full-size wheels.

The triple-cone tank, with four 700-litre and two 5,000litre compartments, is self supporting on lightweight SAF running gear. The shape of each compartment is said to ensure complete discharge, even on uneven ground.
