Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

The Editor, TEE COMMERCIAL MOTOR.

1.13 ti] Sir,—I am much obliged to you for your letter of the 4th inst., advising me that you are holding the pages of your valued journal open for publiestion of certified " all in " working costs for electric commercial motors of various capacities.

I very much appreciate the fact that such costs are of very great importance, and that many readers of your journal are anxious to obtain such. I should be happy to give you such information if it were in my possession, but you will realize that only having recently taken in hand the representation of the Fram

electric vehicles, I have not in my possession such costs as would come within the meaning of your certified " all in" working costs. When, however, I am in a position to give you such information, I shall be very pleased indeed to do so. Thanking you for your kindness in offering rue the pages of your journal for such a purpose.—Yours faithfully, For CONWAY JENKINS, C. BARBER, M.I.E.E.,
