A copy of the report will be forwarded to the traffic area office within 14 days, along with the firm's plans for implementing its recommendations; • all tachographs will be independently analysed and monthly reports will be prepared, acted upon and retained for at least two years; • a training programme, undertaken in-house or as part of the Driver CPC training, relating to tachographs, drivers' hours and daily defect reporting and daily vehicle checks, must be implemented and fully completed as part of the operator's annual training. Records of all training sessions and attendees will be kept for at least two years.
