• A public inquiry on 20 March will look at disciplinary action against Michael Grant, who is based in Ballindalloch.
• Inverness-based HRL Scrap and Waste Solutions will make a variation application at a hearing on 20 March. Disciplinary action will also be discussed.
• Dayiot Farms, which is based in Inverness, will make a new application at a public inquiry on 20 March.
Edinburgh • John McCauley and Partners, which is based in Edinburgh, will submit a new application to the traffic commissioner at a public inquiry on 15 March.
• Artemis and Co Scotland, trading as Twegs Environmental Site Services, based in Coatbridge, will make a new application at an inquiry on 15 March.
Leeds • Disciplinary action against MGT (UK), based in Seaham, will be considered on 15 March at a public inquiry.
• At an inquiry on 15 March the traffic commissioner will look at disciplinary action against Eurobait Ltd, which is based in Nottingham. Also up for consideration will be a new application from Eurobait (UK) Ltd, as well as possible disciplinary action.
