• Anthony Biker, managing director of AW Biker, Bedale and 14 of its drivers have been committed for trial at Teesside Crown Court accused of falsifying tachograph charts.
Biker, the company and its drivers, are claimed to have conspired to make false entries. The drivers are also accused of making false entries on tachograph charts.
