• Hereford City Waste Traders has lost its Operator's Licence after failing to advert:se an application to change its operating centre. It was revoked after the company failed to attend a disciplinary inquiry before West Midland Deputy Licensing Authority Roger Seymour.
Seymour said that Hereford City had been granted a licence in August 1988, but despite repeated requests it had failed to advertise its application properly when it decided to change its operating centre.
It wrote to the traffic area giving the reason why it had not advertised the application; the traffic area then wrote asking whether it wished to pursue the application, but no reply was received.
