HE FIRST TRIAL of the Road aulage Association's new ehicle and traffic information ervice began this month, entred on the Metropolitan and outh-east, West Midlands, and cottish areas.
Based on the BAS Datafreight ystem, the service matches HA members' vehicles to availble loads. After three months le service will be reviewed, and full-scale programme considred.
So far 111 members are using le system in the Metropolitan nd South-east region, 55 in the Vest Midlands, and 64 in Scot3nd.
