Also demonstrated on Tuesday for the first time modified types of Neville Dumptrailer in long-wheelbase and short-wheelbase forms (the Mark II in each case) are available with capacities of 15 to 28 cu. yd. and 12 to 18 cu. yd. respectively, and arc suitable for coupling to any type of 24-ton gross tractive unit. Modifications include the use of a four-stage ram that has a lower closed height than the three-stage ram it replaces. Shortened radius arms give improved tipping operation while a redesigned back plate is equipped with replaceable phosphor-bronze bushes.
