• A public inquiry (PI) on 20 June will consider a new application from Perth-based G&M Carriers.
• On 20 June, a public inquiry will look at a new application from Bustec (Scotland) based in Bellshill.
Leeds
• Middlesbrough-based Albaden Services will make a variation application at a PI on 19 June. Disciplinary action and the repute of the transport manager will also be on the agenda.
• The TC will look at disciplinary action against Seaham Harbour Dock Company at a hearing on 20 June. The transport manager’s repute will also be looked at.
• HA Compost based in Leyburn will attend a hearing on 20 June, at which disciplinary action will be considered.
• Disciplinary action against S&R Scott and Sons based in Bowes will be looked at on 21 June at a hearing.
• An inquiry on 28 June will look at disciplinary action against Goole-based T&SP Darley and Sons. The transport manager’s repute will also be looked at.
• In Leeds on 28 June, the TC will discuss possible disciplinary action against Unique Dreams, based in Batley.
