• CareAssist has introduced a legal expenses policy designed for fleet operators.
It runs alongside the insured fleet's motor policy and provides uninsured loss recovery for claims on policy excess, repair costs, hire charges for alternative vehicles, and additional transport costs. II also covers damaged clothing and other personal effects, and provides up to £50,000 legal costs, to pursue claims on uninsured losses.
