• A bid for a new PSV licence by the son of a man whose licence was cut on maintenance grounds last November has been adjourned for a month while the future of the father's business is settled.
Timothy Lambkin, trading as Lambkin Coaches, of Sheerness, had applied for a national licence authorising five vehicles.
In November, his father Richard Lambkin, also trading as Lambkin Coaches, had his fleet cut from seven to three vehicles, and was banned from operating any local services. (CM 9-15 November).
