Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• TNT executives have been told to curb the speeding of drivers by Oxford Crown Court recorder John Griffiths.

The warning came after Griffiths heard that TNT driver Keith Tompkins, 34, of Appleton, Oxfordshire was driving at 70mph (112km/h) shortly before he hit a car in which a couple died at Ewelme in Oxfordshire a year ago.

Tompkins was convicted of causing the deaths by reckless driving and was jailed for 18 months, nine of which were suspended, and was banned from driving for two-and-a-half years.
