• A total of 280 charges alleging breaches of the EC tachograph and drivers' hours legislation, brought against Wimpey Waste Management and drivers employed at the company's Manchester depot, have been dropped, because the vehicles based at the Ardwick depot were solely involved in refuse collection and disposal.
