DAF Trucks (GB) Ltd has nounced specificati changes to a number of vehicles.
The ZF S6-65 fu synchromesh gearbox w splitter is now standard on FT2105, as is a then operated fan. This latter, wh cuts in automatically when engine temperature rises, a incorporates a manual overr switch.
To make the FT2105 m suitable for high speed opE tion a diff ratio of 5.72 to ' now being offered.
The FT2300 is being fit with an hydraulically opera viscous fan clutch.
Both the FT2800 DKTD FA2105 DH have lost their c stant mesh gearboxes. 1 former now has a ZFS6-90 v GV90 splitter, while the 21 has a ZF6-65 with GV80 si ter.

The 6x2 FAS2105 has bi fitted with the ZFS6-65 box v splitter. The FAT2305 DH and FAD2305 DHU sixE. eight-wheelers both have clutches and sleeper-cab tions are available.
