Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

AFTER READING the letter you wrote 'about CBs, I had just to reply.

You say that a CB distracts the driver. Have you ever heard of a radio? Talking on a CB is the same as talking to a passenger. Haven't you ever seen lorries with lots of flags and stickers, etc in the windscreen? Surely this is worse, because the flags actually cut out visibility.

CBs would do much more good than harm. Drivers could warn each other of congested areas, and so cut the congestion down. They would also help keep the driver awake and alert after many monotonous hours. Please think again.
