Hazard warning lights usually have one limitation — they flash at different rates, or stop altogether, when trailer bulbs are included in the circuit.
But Smiths pneumatic hazard warning light is claimed to flash at a constant frequency whether four, six or eight bulbs are being operated. It should prove useful to people who tow trailers behind vans or light commercials. The system can be used on 6 or 12V, and with normal or combined stop lamp/ indicator systems.
