THE FINAL stages have been reached in International Harvester Canada's bid for Seddon Diesel Vehicles Ltd. Morgan Grenfell, which is acting for 11-I, this week announced that its offer for Ordinary shares has been accepted by holders owning more than 90 per cent; it has announced it will use the powers of Section 209 of the Companies Act to acquire the remaining Ordinary Shares.
