SYSTEM TRAINING is looking to recruit some 250 driver trainers, instructors and assessors as part of a nationwide recruitment drive, and is looking for truck drivers to fill the positions.
The firm is looking for instructors to give not just driver training, but also CPC education and fork-lift truck instruction, having won a series of new contracts. Robin Brown, System Training chief executive, says: “The positions are suited to current and former truck and fork-lift drivers who are competent and are looking for a new challenge in the industry.
“We are also looking for people with warehousing and storage experience or who have supervisory and instructional skills,” he adds, saying that current drivers may be looking for a change of career if they face uncertain employment prospects.
