Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

250 electric and spring-wound clocks and watches, barometers and thermometers produced by S. Smith and Sons (England); Ltd. (Clock and Watch Division), is ensured by the design of a new mobile showroom recently commissioned by the concern. Based on a Dennis Pax 6-ton chassis, the vehicle has storage space for every type of instrument manufactured by the organization and the interior is tastefully appointed and equipped to make full use of the available area.

Externally, the vehicle is distinguished ,*■34 by the two clocks fitted centrally at front and rear above the cab and rear door, surmounted by a display panel containing the manufacturer's name.

A sliding door on the near side gives access to the interior. This is panelled throughout in sycamore and walnut. There are two settees and an armchair, upholstered in red hide, and the floor is covered with blue carpet. Interior decoration was by Harris and Sheldon, Ltd., Birmingham.

Two shelves extend for the full length of the van at waist height. Cupboards beneath contain trays of sample clocks and barometers. A small writing desk, as well as a draw-out writing shelf, are provided. Six curved Perspex panels in the roof and six warm-white fluorescent fittings ensure excellent lighting.

Interesting fittings include a small, hand vacuum cleaner carried in a locker at the rear, and a miniature eine projector, for which a screen is provided in a recess in the rear panel.

The main body is equipped with a Smiths heating and air-conditioning unit, passing heated or cool air through ducts.

After taking the display to towns and cities in the United Kingdom, it is hoped to tour the Continent and possibly North America. Other similar vehicles are to be purchased.
