THE following rates, agreed by representatives of the Road 14.tulage Association and the Federation of Master Cotton Spinners Association, Manchester, are now in operation for the transport of cotton empties. Returned empty skips 6id. each; beams Rd. each; cases 10d. each; cones and tubes Is. 8d. per package; 'wrappers and bags 6d. per bundle.
