Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

ne-time press secretary to "Iron Lady" Maggie Thatcher, Sir Bernard Ingham (right) still com mands a fearsome reputation. For evidence of this we need look no further than the good knight's nextdoor neighbours in Purley, Surrey, who recently called in the police over an alleged incident involving Sir Bernard and criminal damage to their car.

However, Andrew Ducker, chief executive of Fastrack Parcels, pictured here on the left, had nothing to fear: Sir Bernard was on his best behaviour when he came to launch the company's new headquarters, which includes a 2,800m.' purpose-built hub at Nuneaton in Warwickshire. Fastrack has invested £3.5m in the 38 crossdocked premises as well as a further n5m in upgrading and extending its 400-strong fleet.

In his capacity as president of the British Franchise Association, Sir Bernard was happy to welcome Fastrack Parcels to membership of the BFA. So as it turned out, the old terrier was a real pussycat!
