Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• Craven Tasker, the Sheffield-based trailer manufacturer, is expected to announce the name of its new owner "before the end of this month". According to Kleinwort Benson, the financial experts handling the sale for Tasker's parent company Trafalgar House, a potential new owner has been found following the collapse of Craven Tasker's management buyout bid just before Christmas.

The company says business is good and its order book is strong: 65 TaskVans (12.2m semi-trailers) have just been supplied to Royal Mail Parcels. Royal Mail now has a 2,000 strong fleet of trailers.

Just over half of the order has been fitted with GRP side walls while the rest have aluminium post and panel assemblies. All feature fibreglass roofs and 200rrun front-radius corners have been incorporated into the design to eliminate aerofoils.
