Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

tables on trailers • Andover Trailers has developed a 12.2m long tri-axle trailer designed to carry rollers, pavers, paving machines and other heavy plant and construction equipment, which can be stowed across, rather than along the trailer thanks to a turntable fitted to the swan neck. The turntable measures 2,370x1,266mm and rotates through 900.

Andover claims that the new design allows the trailer to carry far more machinery than traditional low loaders: it is fitted with a winch and rear ramps. An adjustable air suspension system can lower the trailer by 100mm and a detachable centre ramp can be specified, allowing three vehicles to be stowed on board.

Price of the basic model is ,E14,500; with premium specification that rises to £21,500.
