• An inquiry on 19 February will consider a new application from CJG Commercials trading as CJ Garner, based in Wigan.
• Garners Commercials, based in Wigan, will make a new application at a hearing on 19 February.
• Disciplinary action against Quinn, based in Ashton-under-Lyne, will be looked at on 26 February at a Pl. The repute of the transport manager will also be on the agenda. The traffic commissioner will also look at disciplinary action against Quinn Environmental Services — also based in Ashton-underLyne — at a PI on 26 February, as well as the repute of the transport manager.
• On 27 February, an inquiry will discuss disciplinary action against FX Sameday based in Manchester. The traffic commissioner will also consider the transport manager's repute.
Cardiff At a PI on 13 March, the traffic commissioner will look at disciplinary action against Mansel Davies and Son, based in Llanfyrnach, as well as the repute of the transport manager.
