Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

BURTON LEONARD, North Yorks-based bulk tipper operator Alfred Hymas has taken delivery of six Volvo FH500 tractor units with Euro-4 EGR engines.

Supplied by Volvo dealer Crossroads Truck & Bus, the six FHs — all of which are ox2s — work on a mixture of long-haul bulk grain or animal feed delivery operations and intensive quarrying work.

Managing director Stewart Hymas says the three replacement and three additional trucks were chosen after a trial with an I-Shift demonstrator. "We've run Volvos for a long time: they make up about 80% of the Ilect. We like the Volvos, they're reliable and they stand up to our operation well," he adds.

Fitted with Globetrotter double sleeper cabs in Comfort trim and I-Shift automated transmissions, the six trucks will operate at 44 tonnes GCW.
