feel he was a lucky chap. We experience delays that are unbelievable at many large food wholesalers' so called ultra-efficient distribution centres.
I feel that the British haulage industry has become an extension of the food distributors' warehouse system.
I feel likewise that when a customer desires booking, then the operator should be allowed a "freefone" number to make the booking, and the driver likewise, to inform the customer of any delay en route.

To use the modern Doverism, must we "dwell a little longer" at the whim of our customers? It would seem so! Perhaps I should change my CB handle to "Utopian Dreamer" instead of "Pumpkin".
