Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

issue (CM. Jan 31) the item under 'Constructor Pains' from Messrs Keith Levin and Co referring to rear axle problems with Constructor vehicles and would draw your readers and other operators of Constructors attention to our own experience following purchase in March 1984 of a Constructor powered by a Gardner.

A rear diff failure at 12 months immediately on MoT test was repaired by Kays of Stoke and on its return journey from Kays to our depot another duff failure occurred caused by incorrect diff being fitted. Some weeks later two further diffs were removed and replacements fitted due to in compatible ratios being fitted for which no charge was made.

Invoices received by us exceeded 25,000 and after protest and perseverance by us the claim from Kays now stands at £1,400 for the original repair which we claim should have received warranty consideration.
