Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• The B Walker Group of Markyate and Stockport has produced the first in a new series of up-to 19 seat passenger and welfare conversions, based on a the new Ford Transit, which offer a higher level of trim and specification than the standard factory-fitted Transit minibus, Previewed at last year's Motor Show, the first conversion is a 13 or 14 seat minibus model, designed for the shortwheelbase Transit.

The latest Walker luxury microbus conversion is based on the 970cc Suzuki SuperCarly.

In addition to the nine or 10 forward-facing fixed seats, Walker has fitted a pair of inward-facing upholstered fold away seats at the rear which accommodate a further four passengers. The seats can be folded back to provide extra space for luggage.

Walker claims that as the folding seats are permanently fixed, its Transit minibus conversion does not attract the car tax normally levied on vehicles with less than 12 seats. Cost of the conversion is 21,180 plus VAT on top of the Transit panel van list price.

El Walker has also produced a luxury seven-seater Custom Car version of its Suzuki SuperCarry microbus, which is converted from a Super-Carry.

Behind the normal driver and passenger seats Walker has fitted two forward-facing single seats with armrests and head restraints, and a triple bench seat with head rests.

All the seats are upholstered and mounted on quick-release fasteners for easy removal, providing extra luggage space. Walker says the luxury microbus is intended for hotel and taxi bus services. The price for the microbus conversion is 21,650 plus VAT and car tax, on top of the van's list price.
