Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• Danfrig, the British sales subsidiary of the Danish controlled temperature bodybuilder Norfrig, is setting up a UK service and repair network using a number of British bodybuilders, in a bid to increase its sales of refrigerated container and demountable bodies.

The first to be signed up is Alex Inglis of Blantyre which will cover Scotland. Discussion is to continue with three other prospective repair agents: Al International of Malden; Lawrence David of Peterborough; and TF Mathews.

Norfrig builds around 1,200 refrigerated boxes a year of which 60% are exported, mainly to Belgium, West Germany and the Netherlands. Britain, with estimated annual sales of around 1,000 12.2m reefer trailers, is seen by Norfrig as a particularly good market.

Norfrig makes its own glassreinforced plastic/poly-urethane foam sandwich penals using a computer-controlled laminating machines. The most distinctive feature of the Norfrig boxes are bevelled panel edges which are sealed and huck-bolted together. This means that the boxes have no internal heat-conducting steel bracing and, unlike some designs, are entirely self-supporting.
