Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• Freight Rover has won over 900 orders for 300 Series 3.5-tome GVW highroof Sherpa vans. They are for specialist applications with the Police, the Post Office and British Rail.

Aston Martin Tickford will be building 119 protected personnel vehicles for the police at its special projects centre near Coventry. The contract is worth about £250,000 and involves fitting windscreen and headlamp shields, fire extinguishers, extra lights and an external sound system to the 3.5 litre %kW petrolengined van.

Besco bodies of Northampton will be converting the vehicles for the Post Office and British Rail. The Post Office has ordered 800 short and long-wheelbase vans to be converted to its own specification with a full bulkhead behind the driver, a sliding door, additional load compartment lighting and a rear roller shutter.

The most unusual order is for British Rail which will have long-wheelbase Sherpa s converted into crew welfare buses by Bedwas Bodyworks for use by track maintenance gangs. The specification includes a front compartment with five seats, a cooker, sink and heater.
