to the 1987 FL range. Quality monitoring of the FL vehicles has revealed that some of the early models would benefit from certain detail components being replaced with the latest production level.
In order to check and up-date these vehicles, Volvo Trucks is offering, free of charge, an additional warranty inspection. Customers are invited to contact their nearest Volvo distributor or dealer to take advantage of this additional inspection.
The inspection and up-dating procedures, which vary from model to model, cover such items as additional retaining clips on window winders and interior door panels, fuse and relay replacement, adjustment to a hand throttle cable and the replacement of a printed circuit board in the FL7/10.
It is planned that the up-dating takes place during normal service inspection.
