Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

KLEBER has increased its range with a new design of radial van tyre. At first, the V12C tyres will be available in the popular 185R 14 and 195 14 sizes, but over the next six months the range will be enlarged to cover 25 different sizes.

Specific improvements include a bead design with steel protection bands which is said to give greater security, a doublelayer reinforced radial casing which may prove stronger and prolong tyre life, while a triple layer steel belt is designed to give extra grip and steering control.

The tread pattern of the V12C has been made deep and wide to ensure swift water clearance and the sidewalls strengthened to resist damage from kerbing.
